Silicon Materials, Inc. was founded in 1992 and manufactures electronic grade silicon wafer for the semiconductor industry. With offices located on two continents, we are positioned to serve our customers' worldwide interests.

Our working diameters are 2" through 200mm, single side polished wafers. We produce wafers with boron, phosphorus, antimony, and arsenic dopants.

All of our silicon wafers are produced from virgin polysilicon. We do not buy scrap as a feed source for our crystal production nor do we use surplus wafers as a source of silicon. The benefit to our customers is consistent and predictable material for stability in their production.
